A Warm Welcome
Hello, I'm Stephanie, the heart behind Tots & Tails Brighton. Originally from Glasgow, I moved to Brighton to build a life by the sea and fulfil my long time wish of starting my own business. With 8 years childcare experience and a love for animals, I created Tots & Tails to offer families a unique service: trusted flexible childcare and pet care all in one.
My Story
I hold a BA in Childhood Studies, along with Full Paediatric First Aid and an Enhanced DBS check. For the past three years, I’ve worked in emergency childcare, stepping in to support families at short notice and caring for children of all ages in nurseries, homes, and outdoor learning settings.
My move to Brighton gave me the chance to combine my childcare experience with my love of animals and finally launch Tots & Tails — something I had always dreamed of doing. I understand how busy life can be, and my aim is to give both parents and pet owners peace of mind. Whether you need trusted childcare or dedicated pet care, I ensure your loved ones are happy, safe, and cared for.

Outside of Work
When I’m not caring for families, you’ll often find me paddleboarding or swimming in the sea, exploring Brighton’s nature trails, capturing life’s little moments through photography or watching the sun set. I also love spending time with my cockapoo, who inspired part of the Tots & Tails journey. These passions bring energy, creativity, and balance into my everyday life — qualities I carry into the care I provide for children and pets.
